dots & lace This flamboyant hat is a handmade original. Black velveteen on the outside with lace trim around the brim. The hat band is tattered lace, layered with a band of large black & white polka dots. The lace band is knotted and hangs off the back. I've added an embellishment on the side made of lace, black tulle, a small polka dot bow, & a decorative button. 2 black ribbon ties will hold the hat in place. |
