1. Who are you?
   • Natalie Meza - designer & crafty lady. All handmade items are made with care by me. Eventually I would like to fill the site with lots of cool vintage & antique "gloomy" items as well as more DIY goods.
2. Brooches
   • This should be self explanatory but.... my brooches should not go in a washing machine. They will get ruined.
   • Each brooch has either a matt or glossy finish. I decide which finish looks the best.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
   • Credit card payments via PayPal or money orders. If paying by money order, email your order first so I can place your items on hold and give you further instructions.
4. Shipping
   • All packages are shipped first class or priority mail via USPS & include delivery confirmation. The method chosen is dependant upon the size & fragility of the item. International customers, see item #4.
   • In order to keep my shipping costs as low as possible I will use recycled boxes whenever I can. So don't be surprised if your order shows up in an amazon.com box or something similar.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
   • Between 1-2 weeks. If you need your item faster than this, please contact me first.
   • International orders will take longer.
6. International Orders
   • Orders outside the US are welcome, but are more expensive to ship. Please email your order first to receive shipping total & further instructions.
   • PayPal payments are the only accepted payment method for international orders.
7. Returns
   • Every attempt has been made to give the most accurate description. All sales are final; not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail.
